How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Nbafeeding Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Nbafeeding Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Nbafeeding Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@nbafeeding.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
